CATLAB for Catalyst Characterisation

An integrated MicroReactor/Mass spectrometer Gas Analyser system.

Independent control of composition and flow of multiple gas streams, with analysis of reaction products by mass spectrometry gives quantitative, real-time reactivity information about heterogenous reaction processes.

Experiments can include detailed temperature control programs, for sample pre-treatments, or to define isothermal and temperature programmed experiments. This makes the CATLAB into a powerful workbench for in-situ Thermal Desorption Spectroscopy (TDS) analysis of surface states.

An optional pulsed chemisorption upgrade is available to to give the CATLAB-PCS for a range of additional pulsed reaction studies.
