Projekt Messtechnik SPS instruments for multisample moisture sorption

The SPS11 series instruments are multisample Gravimetric Sorption Analysers, capable of simultaneous measurement of water sorption isotherms on up to 11 samples, with a possibility of future upgrade up to 23 samples.

All of the samples are maintained in a temperature and humidity controlled chamber, and are sequentially weighed using a high precision microbalance.

The multiple sample capability is essential for laboratories with high throughput, such as Quality Assurance, and for samples with very slow uptake kinetics. Measurement in parallel of a full batch of samples gives improved laboratory efficiency and greater analysis capability.

Additional non-weighed sample positions allow conditioning of material for alternative analysis techniques.
